Zoning Bylaw Review 2026
With the adoption of the Official Community Plan in December 2025, the Zoning Bylaw Review is underway. Zoning Bylaw No. 2303 was adopted in 1995. There have been significant amendments made to the bylaw since that time; however, a comprehensive review is necessary to ensure that the Zoning Bylaw aligns with the Official Community Plan and modern building practices.
