Common Bylaw Violations
The following are the most common bylaws that require enforcement:

- The Sign Bylaw (PDF) regulates the number, size, type, form appearance and location of signs.

- Signs without a permit
- The Snow Removal Bylaw (PDF) requires the owner or occupier of a property to remove snow, ice or rubbish from the sidewalks, footpaths and boulevards bordering on the property located in the downtown.

- The Property Maintenance Bylaw (PDF) regulates property maintenance and unsightly conditions.
