The Salmon Arm Fire Department, in conjunction with the Kamloops Fire District has extended the Category 2 and 3 fire bans until October 28, 2022.
Until then, the only fires permitted within the City of Salmon Arm will be campfires, as long as residents have a valid permit and conform to the municipal requirements.
