Construction of the Ross Street Underpass will begin in September! The northern section of the Ross Street Parking lot will be closed to the public during construction, please watch for signage. There will be minimal disruption to traffic during the first phase, however this project will have significant road closures along Ross Street and Lakeshore Drive later in project.
