The City of Salmon Arm is seeking a representative of the agricultural community to join the Agricultural Advisory Committee for the remainder of a three year term ending June 30, 2023.

This Committee acts as an advisory body to City Council on agricultural matters, primarily by providing recommendations on Agricultural Land Reserve applications, related amendments to the City’s Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw, and other matters related to agricultural land preservation and the agricultural economy.

 Council will select and appoint committee members.

Applications must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. June 11, 2021.
