The Speculation and Vacancy Tax is a provincial initiative. City of Salmon Arm residential property owners will need to declare for the first time in 2025. Tax Certificate Requests (manual)
Please fax tax certificate requests to 250.803.4041 or email finance@salmonarm.ca. The tax certificate (including utility information) will be sent according to the instructions you have provided in your request. You will be invoiced $25.00 as per the Fee for Services Bylaw.
