REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Annual Financial Audit Services
The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm, offers to receive proposals to perform annual financial audits for the City beginning with the annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 inclusive, with the option to extend for a further two (2) year period (year’s ended December 31, 2027 and 2028).

SEALED Proposals, clearly marked, “RFP No. 2024-01FS: Annual Financial Audit Services (2024-2028)” will be received by the City of Salmon Arm Municipal Office, Box 40, 500 2 Ave N.E., Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 4N2 up to 4:00PM Local Time, August 16, 2024.

The specifications outlined in this Request for Proposal are to be considered as desirable and any change to the requirements noted herein must be fully documented. Incomplete or vague proposals will not be considered.  

The City of Salmon Arm reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all proposals or accept the proposal deemed most favourable in the interests of the City of Salmon Arm.  The City of Salmon Arm will not accept responsibility for the costs incurred by the submitters for the preparation and submission of a Proposal or, for loss of potential profits where the project is not awarded.  The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
