Summary Details

This project is subject to special clearance requirements.

All personnel shall have FA-03 clearances. Refer to APPENDIX A.
  
Scope of Work
  
Demolish:
 AHU-1, AHU-2, EF-1, EF-2
 Ducting as per drawings.
 Main heating pumps.
 All affected accessories, valves, fittings, wiring, thermostats, etc.
  
Provide:
 New rooftop AHUS complete with manufacturer recommended spring curbs.
 AHU-1: Reuse existing supply and return ductwork.
 AHU-2: Reuse existing supply ductwork; provide new return duct section to connect existing exhaust ducting.
 AHU-3: Provide new supply ductwork; provide new return riser and connect to existing changeroom exhaust ductwork.
 Provide new thermostats in acceptable locations per zoning requirements.
 Integrate new AHUS into existing DDC system.
 New VFD pumps with new pressure differential sensors.
