Salmon Arm, BC May 15/2020 – A partnership of the City of Salmon Arm and the Neskonlith Indian Band, together with community leaders involved in planning, developing, and protecting our community is working together to host a locally oriented program on a growing issue - Wildfire in Residential Areas.
A Salmon Arm virtual FireSmart information session is scheduled for Thursday May 21 at 7:00pm to be carried out using the online platform of Zoom. The session is open to the public where citizens are encouraged to attend, learn and inquire. Community leaders, professional foresters and local fire officials will be in attendance to provide information and answer questions.
