At the August 10, 2015 meeting, Council approved the
Shuswap Regional Airport Development Plan (2015) as prepared by WSP Canada Inc. a leading Canadian engineering firm. The Plan identifies land for aviation and non-aviation related activities and will act as a guide for future development. The Plan also recognizes the airport’s operational opportunities and the constraints associatied with the development of the airport lands.
